Care Instructions

Proper care extends the life of your hair system and keeps it looking natural and beautiful. Follow these expert tips for the best results.

Daily Care Routine

Gentle Brushing

Use a wide-tooth comb or loop brush, starting from the ends and working up. Never brush from the root as this can loosen the knots and cause shedding.

Styling Products

Use lightweight, alcohol-free styling products. A small amount of leave-in conditioner or serum helps keep the hair soft and manageable throughout the day.

Protect at Night

Sleep on a silk or satin pillowcase to reduce friction and tangling. If your hair is longer, loosely braid it before bed to prevent matting.

Washing Your Hair System

We recommend washing your hair system every 7–10 days, or as needed depending on your lifestyle and activity level.

1

Detangle First

Gently brush through the hair with a wide-tooth comb before wetting. Remove any tangles starting from the ends.

2

Rinse with Lukewarm Water

Use lukewarm (never hot) water. Hot water can damage the hair and loosen the base material. Wet the hair thoroughly.

3

Apply Shampoo

Use a sulphate-free, gentle shampoo. Apply a small amount and work it through the hair in a downward motion. Don't rub or scrub.

4

Condition

Apply a moisturising conditioner from mid-length to ends, avoiding the base. Leave for 2–3 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with cool water.

5

Pat Dry

Gently pat the hair with a soft towel. Never wring or twist. Allow to air dry when possible, or use a blow dryer on a cool/low heat setting.

6

Style as Desired

Once dry, style as usual. Use heat protectant spray if using hot tools on human hair systems. Synthetic systems should not be heat-styled.
