1. General
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the True Hair website (truehair.co.nz) and the purchase of products from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Products
We make every effort to display our products accurately, including colours, textures, and descriptions. However, due to variations in monitors and photography, actual products may vary slightly from images shown on our website.
Hair systems are personal care items. Due to the nature of these products, specific conditions apply to returns and exchanges (see Section 5).
3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD)
- Prices include GST where applicable
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice
- Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, Afterpay, and Apple Pay
- Your order is confirmed only after payment has been successfully processed
4. Shipping
- We ship throughout New Zealand and to select international destinations
- Standard shipping within NZ: 2–4 business days ($8.00 NZD, or free on orders over $150)
- Express shipping within NZ: 1–2 business days ($15.00 NZD)
- International shipping: 7–14 business days (rates vary)
- All orders include tracked shipping with delivery confirmation
- Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. True Hair is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers
5. Returns & Refunds
Stock (Non-Custom) Products
- You may return stock hair systems within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be in their original, unworn, unaltered condition with all tags attached
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty
Custom Products
- Custom hair systems are made to your exact specifications and are non-refundable
- If a custom system arrives with a manufacturing defect, we will remake it at no additional cost
Care Products & Accessories
- Unopened care products and accessories may be returned within 30 days for a full refund
- Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and code, is the property of True Hair or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
True Hair is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

9. Governing Law
