How It Works
When you add our pre-cutting service to your order, a professional stylist will cut and style the hair system before it is shipped to you. That means your system arrives ready to wear — no trip to the salon required.
The process is simple: choose your desired style, provide reference photos from the front, side, and back, and our team takes care of the rest. Your system will arrive pre-styled and shaped to the look you selected.
Multiple pre-cut style options are available, from short textured crops to longer layered looks. If you have a specific style in mind, send us your reference images and we will match it as closely as possible.
What’s Included
Base Cutting
The base is trimmed to your exact measurements. Simply provide your left-to-right and front-to-back dimensions and we will cut the base to a precise fit before shipping.
Hair Cutting & Styling
Hair is cut and styled to your desired look. For the best results, send reference photos showing the style you would like from the front, sides, and back.
Custom Curling
Hair can be permed to your preferred curl pattern for a natural, textured finish. See our Curls & Waves guide for available patterns.

- Gel or mousse may be used during pre-styling to secure the look and shape of the hair.
- Minor changes may occur during shipping, but the style can be easily restored with a quick touch-up at home.
- Pre-styled items and those with add-on services are not eligible for return.
- Allow 1–3 additional working days for processing when adding pre-cutting to your order.
